Study Group Proposal - Pickup a Study Group

I have the following suggestion for study group:

If you are interested in holding or attending a study group, I would like to suggest that one person act as the lead volunteer to be the contact for that week. As a lead volunteer, all you need to do is post a study group on the blog. Provide all of the specifics including date, time, location, duration, and contact information. Anyone who is available and would like to join the study group for that week, would just need to contact the lead volunteer prior to the meeting time. The lead volunteer for that week would be responsible for confirming the study group by no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting time. If there is no interest for a study group that week, then nothing will be posted for that week. This may sound a bit confusing at first but it will certainly simplify things for everyone.

If you have any additional suggestions, questions, other ideas, please feel free to send me an e-mail at: tophegonz1@gmail.com or call 202-258-8774.

Mid-term tests are coming in three weeks. Let's get started!

Coffee, Tea & Anatomy

Chris,

Try Caribou Coffee at 1800 M Street NW (corner of 18th and M). The closest metro is Farragut North at 17th & L. The shop is in a quieter area so you should be able to grab the space around your planned meet up time. There is also outdoor seating and some tables as soon as you walk in. They have a semi-separate seating area that can accomodate around 6 people. To reserve the area, call the manager ahead of time: Christopher Hunter, 202-419-0466.
